Phillip Ray Mars, Jr., age 63, of Geneva, passed away Monday, June 23 2025 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born February 18, 1962 in Madison, the son of Marsha D. (McAnlis) and Phillip R. Mars, Sr.

Phillip was a fusion operator at Honeywell (Perfection) for over 20 years. He attended the Holy Baptist Church in Madison. Philip enjoyed camping and having a cold drink with his friends and loved ones. He was a proud member of the Eagles club and VFW for many years.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Kay Mars (Bryan); daughter, Eileen (Mario) Tognon; son, Trey (Phillip R. Mars III); grandchildren, Luciana and Penelope Tognon; mother, Marsha Carder; sister, Betty (Darrell) Voies; stepsons, Charles Harton and David (Missy) Harton; Nieces, Marie (Mark) Stapelton, Kathy (Mike) Casto, Heather (Ken) Casto and Erica (George) Neider; nephew Daniel Ritchie and step-brother, Steven Carder. He was preceded in death by his father, Phillip Mars, Sr.; step father, Cody Carder, and step sister, Donna Ritchie.
