Peggy L. Lendvay

Peggy L. Lendvay of Geneva passed away unexpectedly on August 30, 2025. She was born on November 5, 1967 to Warren and Norma Hunter in Willoughby, Ohio.

Peggy’s early calling in life was to be a caregiver for her elderly and special needs clients. Her calm and gentle demeanor helped her to bring empathy and comfort to those in her care. Peg loved to travel with her loving husband Mark and “dat baby” to new and old places. They especially loved to stop at the occasional Casino or thrift store. Talented at crochet, Peggy was always making something beautiful for friends or their children (or their cat!).

Although she was often known to be quiet and unassuming, Peg had a sharp and clever wit that would bring levity to any situation. She was a unique and lovely soul.

Peggy is survived by the love of her life and husband Mark; her children, Dustin Ludwick, Brandon Hunter (Mariah), Amanda Griffith and Cody Hardy; grandchildren, Ambellina, Maddyx, Liam, Wyatt, Molly, Isabella, Alexis and Derek; sisters, Carol Crowley (Don), Christine Roberts (Dee), Kathy Hunter and brother, Warren Hunter (Gloria). She is also survived by numerous other family and friends who will dearly miss her presence. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Bonnie Hudson.
