Lucille Smith, age 78, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2010 Tri-Point Medical Center in Concord Township, Ohio. Born January 11, 1932 in Horner, West Virginia to Anna Pearl (Lake) & Opha Franklin Smith and married Robert Smith in Bendale, WV in 1950. Lucille was a homemaker who along with her husband were foster parents for 30 years and operated Smith?s Nursery. She also operated the Country Corner Shop in Madison. She is survived by Daughters, Judy Maynard of Madison, Linda Cirino of Geneva, Joyce (Mark) Darrow of Madison; Son, Joe (Debbie) Smith of Ashtabula; 9 Grandchildren; 3 Great-Grandchildren; Sister, Jean Wickman of Unionville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Smith; Parents; Brothers, Marion & Franklin ?Buck? Smith; Half-Sister, Beulah Baxa Friends will be received 2-4:00 & 6-8:00 pm, Friday, June 18, 2010, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Funeral Service will be 11:00 am, Saturday, June 19, 2010 at the funeral home. Final Resting Place will be at Fairview Cemetery in Madison.
