Behnke, Sr. Age 84 Resident of Geneva, Ohio Passed away Monday, August 10, 2009 Rae-Ann Geneva in Geneva, OHIO Born October 23, 1924 in Cleveland to Alice (Evans) & Otto Frederick Behnke Married Clara Zorbas in Geneva, Ohio on 6/1/1960 Retired from Chardon Metals. He previously had worked for 22 years at Industrial Rayon Served in the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II. Enjoyed gardening, airplanes and his cats. He is survived by 2 Sons Louis Behnke, Jr. of Geneva Michael Cammarata of Geneva 2 Brothers: Edward Behnke of Lake of the Ozarks, MO & Jack Hoyt of Elyria, OH He was preceded in death by wife, Clara Behnke in 2004; his Parents; Sisters, Helen Boord, Lillian Pick, Ruth Federico, & Sally Miller; Brothers,John Lance & Lawrence Lance Friends will be received 10-11:00 a.m., Friday, August 14, 2009 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva, Ohio. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Larry Wade will be officiating. Final Resting Place will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Geneva.
