Linda J. Peterson, age 66, passed away on Saturday May 26, 2018 in Geneva, Ohio. She was born July 29, 1951 in Painesville, Ohio, the daughter of John Alfred Kangas and Ellen (Burtt) Kangas.
Linda enjoyed the simple things in life. She loved to read and always liked going out to shop. Linda liked a good meal and was known to try different restaurants and foods.
She is survived by son, Jeremy (Donna) Williams; daughter, Melinda (Bishop) Bowie; Brothers Kenneth (Cindy) Kangas, John (Betty) Kangas; and grandchildren, Garrett, Harrison and Charlotte Williams. Linda was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends will be received 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Funeral Service will take place at 12:00 pm on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at the funeral home.
The family suggests Contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 10501 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44106.

Linda will be missed by many family members and her grandchildren and Friends she was a really lovely girl I'm sure her cousin Bud would miss her too would even though we didn't see much of them of her in the family my prayers are for the family and friends that miss her she will be missed but never forgotten
