Giving in does not always mean you are weak. Sometimes it means that you are strong enough to do what?s best.
On October 13, 2011, James decided it was time to take the final ride HOME, to a well-deserved final rest.
He was born July 22, 1960 in Euclid, Ohio to Jean A. (Schloerb) and Frank L. Longar Sr. He married Eva R. Nash in 1979, 32 interesting years, yes, never a dull moment.
James was very involved in boy scouting with his sons and served as a Cubmaster and Asst. SM. He gave equal time to his daughters and girl scouting. He was well known for his talent to fix things, joking that he ?could fix anything, with nothing,? sometimes resulting in lively discussions at home, then often going on to prove he could. James retired early from working in auto body repair, where he was well known and respected. He repaired and restored several award-winning cars, some of which were featured in Car Craft and Chevy Magazine.
