Isabel Brewster

Isabel Brewster, of Mentor, Ohio, age 99, passed away at Fairmount Health Center on Dec. 30, 2014. She was born Jan. 14, 1915 to Robert and Hollice (nee Allender) Watson and married Merton Brewster in February of 1942. She was co-owner of Middle Ridge Farms and loved playing golf at Erie Shores. Isabel enjoyed wintering with her husband in Florida, where she also loved playing golf. Isabel was a member of the Madison Historical Society. Isabel is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Tim) McCreary, grandson Sean (Katherine) McCreary, and great grandson Declan Brewster McCreary. She is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Merton; parents; and brothers Robert, William, and John Watson. There was private graveside service held at Perry Cemetery in Perry Ohio. The family suggests donations be made in Isabel's name to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, Ohio, 44110.
