Harvey Joseph Lemerise

Harvey Joseph Lemerise, 89, of Madison, Ohio passed away surrounded by family at Tri Point Medical Center following a brief illness on Saturday, November 5, 2016.
He was former World War II veteran in the communication department. Following discharge, he was an over the road truck driver for CCC Highway for over 30 years. During retirement he spent many days coaching and attending his son Brian's football games. He also supported his daughter, Michelle during volleyball games, and was a loving husband to his wife, Darlene. He also remained a lifelong fan of the Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians.
He is survived by Darlene Lemerise, wife of 32 years; children, Michelle Lemerise, Roger Lemerise, James (Jessie) Lemerise, Bob (Heidi) Lemerise, Ronald (Maria) Lemerise, Richard Lemerise, Suzanne (Dean) Anderson, and Dennis Lemerise; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kenneth Mininger, Daniel (Valarie) Mininger, and Tina (Brian) Benton; several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. He is proceeded in death by his parents, and son, Brian Lemerise.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Stratton Place, 33 East Main Street, Madison, Ohio from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
