Greg S. Hayden, age 48, of Saybrook, Ohio, passed away Monday, May 7, 2018 at home. He was born January 19, 1970 in Panama City, Florida the son of Robert B. Hayden and Mary D. Crofoot.
Greg was currently self-employed in construction helping many friends and family. In the past he worked with his father for Hayden Builders and Madison Sporting Goods. He enjoyed searching for antiques and many outdoor hobbies which included fishing, hunting, gardening, and selling fresh vegetables that he grew.
He is survived by a son, Brandon L. (Jenna Izzarelli) Hayden; mother, Mary (Bill) Jaques; sister, Deanna (Edward) Dake; brother, Jeffrey Hayden; grandson, Carson Hayden; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; and his pet dog, Chopper. Greg was preceded in death by his father, Robert B. Hayden, III; and his grandparents.
Friends will be received 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison, Ohio with a memorial service immediately following at 4:00 p.m.

Its hard to believe this is true and even harder to bring all the amazing memories back to say good bye. One of my favorite people ever in this world and before moving back to Florida my uncle Greg and I spent a lot of time together. I will never forget the great times we had including the baby picture i have with him holding me with a broken arm when i was basically just born. Love you Unc! Forever and always ! This just breaks my heart !
