Gianna Spurr

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Gianna Spurr, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who entered eternal rest on December 9, 2025, at the age of 83 years. Born on May 16, 1942, in Italy, Gianna brought warmth and light into the lives of those she touched throughout her journey.

Gianna made her home in Madison, Ohio, where she was known for her hard work and dedication as a machine operator at Perfection Corporation. Beyond her career, Gianna was a feisty Italian lady, who loved fiercely, and in turn, was loved by her family and friends.

She is survived by her devoted daughter, Tina Hull; her loving son, Robert Spurr; and her cherished grandchildren, Brittany (James) Martz and Kyle (Joy) Martz. Gianna was also blessed with the joy of five great-grandchildren: Breyton, Eli, Annabella, Delilah, and Julian, who will carry forward her legacy of love. Gianna was preceded in death by her parents, Natale and Natalina Scalco, and her four siblings.

A reverent celebration of Gianna’s life will take place at the Behm Family Funeral Home in Madison. Visitation will be held on December 19, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 6:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to join in honoring her remarkable life and the memories shared together. Her spirit will continue to watch over her loved ones.
