Evelyn C. Fike

Evelyn C. Fike, age 82, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at her home in Madison surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 6, 1930 in Cleveland to Muriel (Boyd) & James Micco. Evelyn was a bus driver for Madison local schools, worked at Mentor schools, and was a active member of Immaculate Conception Church where she volunteered at the gift shop and Rosary Society. She also did volunteer work for the Auxillary of UH Geneva Medical Center. Evelyn enjoyed bowling and her time spent at the Madison Senior Center. She is survived by daughters, Carol (James) Owens Of Mentor, Teresa Kinat of Geneva, Peggy (George) Reed of Milford; sons, Charles Fike of Youngstown, James Fike of Painesville, Harry Fike of Mentor; 11 Grandchildren; 19 Great Grandchildren, and brother Donald (Dottie) Micco of Geneva-on-the-Lake. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Edward Micco and son-in-law, Louis Ted Kinat. Friends will be received 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 1, 2013, at Immaculate Conception Church, 2846 Hubbard Road, Madison, Ohio. Fr. Sean Donnelly will be officiating. Final Resting Place will be at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Senior Independence Hospice, 38721 Mentor Avenue, Willoughby, OH 44094
