Eleanor J. Lakofsky

Eleanor J. Lakofsky, age 86, of Perry, Ohio passed away Thursday, November 19, 2015 at TriPoint Medical Center. She was born December 19, 1928 at home in Cleveland, the daughter of Elizabeth (Webb) and Clarence Dillon. Eleanor married the late Raymond William Lakofsky on February 23, 1952. Eleanor enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was the loving mother of her children, Peggy (Dennis) Williams of Perry, Janet (Allen) Thirion of Perry, Ellen Dennison of Painesville, Kathy (Dave) Dickinson of Madison, Raymond (Marge) Lakofsky of Mentor; 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, sister, Betty Sands of Cleveland. She was preceded in Death by her husband, Raymond; her parents, brothers, Kenny, Elmer, Raymond, Larry, Danny; and sisters, Pearl, Ruth, Doris, Rose, and Rita. A Memorial Service celebrating Eleanor's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 28, 2015 at Faith Baptist Church, 3003 Narrows Road, Perry, OH 44081. Pastor Curt Gordon will be officiating. The family will receive visitors for one hour prior at the church. Final Resting Place will be Perry Cemetery on Center Road.
