Donna Jean Swartzwelder

Donna Jean Swartzwelder, age 75, of Madison passed away Sunday, January 3, 2016 at David Simpson Hospice House. She was born July 18, 1940 in Lorain, Ohio, the daughter of Vivian Louise Moehlenbrock and Robert Lloyd Dickinson. She was a 1958 graduate of North High School.
A bird enthusiast, she enjoyed bird watching, painting, ceramics and crocheting. She loved to shop at Peebles.
She is survived by son, John Michael (Anna) Swartzwelder, of Madison; daughters, Susan (Robert Reinhard) Swartzwelder, of Chardon, Sharon (John Clark) Swartzwelder, of Fairport Harbor; five grandchildren, Sarah and John Nicholas Swartzwelder, Lauren Pugh, Zachary Cleversy and Brad Reinhard; great-granddaughter, Maci Reinhard; sister, Roberta Brennan, of Dayton and brother, Robert Dickinson of Toledo. Donna was preceded in death by her parents and brother, David Dickinson.
Friends will be received from 5 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at the funeral home. Final Resting Place will be at Fairview Memorial Park in Madison.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44110-2602.
