Don E. Stallard, Age 84, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing And Rehab in Madison, OHIO. Born August 26, 1928 in Gate City, Virginia to Geneva Jane (Wilhelm) & Dewey Hobart Stallard he married Carol June Taylor on December 30, 1950. Don worked as a Chemist for Diamond Shamrock for 33 years, retiring in 1983. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a Consultant for Analytical Biochemical Corporation, Columbia, Missouri for 3 years. A 1949 Graduate of Emory and Henry College in Emory, Virginia and he also attended Virginia Polytech Institute. He operated D.E. Stallard & Daughters Nursery from 1972-2002 He is survived by Wife Carol June Stallard Daughters Doris Lee LeMoyne Tammie Susan Stallard GrandchildrenMichael (LeighAnn Rodd) Deurlein, Stephen Deurlein, Sarah LeMoyne, LeeAnne (John) Julien & Amy LeMoyne Sister-in-LawHelen Stallard Several Nieces & Nephews Dear Friend and Child of God Cecil King He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, James, Frank & Dewey Stallard Friends will be received 2-4 & 7-9 PM Friday, January 11, 2013, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM Saturday, January 12, 2013 at the funeral home. Dear friend Tom Keenan will officiate the services. Final Resting Place will be at Dock Road Cemetery in Madison.
