With heavy hearts but joyful memories, we celebrate the life of Debbe Paskowski, who left us peacefully on November 24, 2025, at the age of 73. Born in Youngstown, Ohio, Debbe devoted her life to her family and community, leaving an indelible mark on all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Debbe was a beloved wife to her husband, Joseph Paskowski, and a dedicated mother to her sons, Dustin (Sarah) Draper, and Bruce Willis. As a proud grandmother, she found immense joy in the lives of her cherished grandchildren, Shelby and Kyra Draper. Debra also shared her kindness and wisdom with her siblings – brothers Denny and Drew Tkach, and sisters Denise and Dawn. Debbe was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Arlene Tkach, and son, Bruce Willis. Her family was her world, and she nurtured each relationship with love and devotion.
A hardworking stock clerk at Walmart, Debbe was known for her unwavering dedication and friendly demeanor, which endeared her to customers and colleagues alike. Her contributions to the retail industry and the warmth she shared with everyone around her will be remembered fondly.
A celebration of Debbe’s life will be held to honor the joy she brought to so many. The family will gather for a service and ceremonies on a day yet to be determined, where friends and loved ones will come to reflect on her remarkable life, share stories, and support one another in their grief.
As we say goodbye to Debbe, we choose to remember her laughter, her kindness, and her spirit that will forever live on in our hearts. May her memory be a blessing, guiding us as we carry her love forward in our lives.

Rest in Peace ; you gave fought a long, difficult battle. Condolences to your entire family as you will be deeply missed.
I first met Debbe & her husband Joe, at one of our first Kinzua Dam “MEET & GREETS”, a few years ago. We hit it off instantly, but because Debbe has been in such poor health the past couple of years, she has been unable to attend, but she would always gave me her regards, for our Meetings, and even apologizing for not being able to attend our Meetings. I absolutely & fully understood and I would always assure her that. She was a huge supporter of our “CONSTRUCTION of the KINZUA DAM” Page/Site . She always had sincere Kind words to say to me & our organization. Even with her ailing health, she seemed to be so upbeat. Debbe was truly a VERY SPECIAL human being!!!! I ask that we keep Debbe in our Thoughts & Prayers.
