Having just learned of Carol's passing, I send this belated note with sadness about your loss, a loss of someone whom I knew (and even lived close by for a couple of years) at our Patagonia School, grades one through four. We then road the school bus for years out to the Hickory Schools. Carol was always pleasant, always helpful, was a bright and solid student, and one who made a very positive difference in this life. She will be missed greatly, and I'm sorry for your loss. – Dick Hudson
