Buddie "Bud" Lee Vincent

Buddie "Bud" Lee Vincent, age 69, of Geneva, Ohio, passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016 at UH Ahuja Medical Center. He was born February 16, 1947 in Ashtabula, Ohio to Harris Wesley and Shirley June (Mixer) Vincent. He married Helen Bjugstad on July 21, 1967 in Kindred, North Dakota.
Bud was a 1965 graduate of Geneva High School. Over the years, he worked for Ranger Express, B & L Weigand, and Geneva Pipeline. He drove stock cars and enjoyed watching NASCAR, motorcycles and bowling. Bud loved to pick on his family but mostly loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Helen; children, Mark (Kimber) Vincent, Michael (Brandy) Vincent, Melanie (Rod) Starcher; grandchildren, Tanner, Tate, Tristin, Taryn, Alexis, Hannah, Ashley, Michael, Brandon, Josh, Regan; brothers, Roger (Sharyn) Vincent, Kim (Diann) Vincent; step-brothers, Jim (Betsy) Deering, Greg (Lynn) Deering; and step-sister, Agnes (Alan) Schaffer. He was preceded in death by his parents, step-father, James Deering; brother, Rusty in infancy.
Friends will be received 4 7 p.m., Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 175 South Broadway, Geneva, Ohio 44041. A Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the funeral home with Rev. Bruce Hitchcock officiating. Final Resting Place will be Mechanicsville Cemetery.

Bud was a great guy and always had a smile on his face Bud would always take the time to catch us up on all his children and grandchildren moves and accomplishments. We will truly miss him.
