Bryan Payne, age 61, of Madison, passed away Sunday, March 7, 2021 at home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born October 29, 1959 in Parma, OH the son of Robert and Sally (White) Payne. He married Lori Hockenberry on May 20, 2000 in Willoughby. Bryan worked as a Research and Development Manager and enjoyed cooking for family gatherings. He loved Halloween like it was Christmas and embellished his yard with many decorations. He was a collector of all things Halloween. He had a quirky sense of humor and loved funny t-shirts and was very loved by his family. He is survived by his wife, Lori; mother, Sally White; son, Alex Payne; step-son, Paul (Alexandrea) Schill; sisters, Arlene Nied, Audrey White and Alice (Glen) Zarobell; grandchild, Grace; and many nieces; nephew, and extended family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his father; and step-father, Leon White. Friends will be received 4-7 pm Friday, March 12, 2021 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St. in Madison. Funeral Service will take place 11 am, Saturday, March 13, 2021 at the funeral home. Guests are required to follow current pandemic guidelines, wear masks and practice social distancing. Final Resting place is Madison Memorial Cemetery. Contributions may be made in Bryan’s name to American Heart Association National Center, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75231.
