Betty Bukky

August 29, 1927 ~ February 23, 2018
Betty Bukky, born August 29, 1937, went home to be with the Lord on February 23, 2018 surrounded by her family. It all started in 1971, when she met Clyde Bukky, whom she married in 1975 and together they raised eleven children. Betty loved spending time with her family, shopping and traveling.
She was an avid reader and retired from Perry Family Restaurant at age 65. She is survived by her husband of 44 years Clyde N. Bukky; Children Debborah (Norman) Atkinson, Sandy Ames, Donald (Barbara) Ames, Tamara (Brian) Silvis, Kimberly (Ames) Amiott, Jeremy Bukky, Ava Bukky, Clyde (Cheryl) Bukky, Becky Chapman, Edward (Laura) Bukky, Lisa Latz; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and her sister Beverly Sapatka. She is preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Virgil Palmer; sister Virgene McGroarty and brother Wayne Palmer.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 1 pm at Perry Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Bettys name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. The Behm Family Funeral Home 26 River Street, Madison, OH 44057 is assisting the family at this time.
