Resided in:
Perry, OH
It is with heavy hearts and deep love that we announce the passing of Autumn Elise Edmiston, age 26, on May 4, 2025. Though she left us far too soon, Autumn’s life was a shining example of joy, kindness, gratitude, and love.
Born on April 14, 1999, in Perry, Ohio, Autumn shared her beautiful smile with everyone she met. After graduating from Cleveland State University, she began her career in education with Euclid City School District, where she loved her students, her fellow teaching professionals, and being a teacher. She was pursuing her Master’s Degree in School Counseling, and was near completing her degree.
Autumn loved her beautiful home and life with her fiancé, Kyle, and their three dogs, Ronan, Moose, and Sunny. She loved spending time with her wide circle of family and friends.
Autumn was loved by her parents Rebecca Edmiston, Dennis Edmiston (Suzette); sisters Alyssa and Anna Edmiston; niece Ivy Freeman, whom she affectionately called ‘Bug’; her loving and devoted fiancé, Kyle Kelly; grandparents Michael and Charlene Kolz; the late Sharon Edmiston; the late Howard Sigler (Deborah); stepsiblings Brandon (Brianna), Joseph, Devin, and Michaela; along with her aunts, uncles, cousins, and many close friends.
Though our hearts ache with loss, we are grateful for our time with Autumn, and take comfort in knowing that Autumn’s legacy of love and kindness lives on in each of us. She was a ray of sunshine that will continue to shine brightly on everyone who knew her.
We are forever grateful for Dr. Stearns and the amazing staff at UH Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital.
A celebration of Autumn’s life will be held on June 14, 2025, from 2 pm to 7 pm at the Perry Community Center. We encourage attendees to wear bright colors and bring a favorite memory to share. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Little Warrior Foundation, a cause close to Autumn’s heart. https://www.littlewarrior.org/donate
Although Autumn’s time with us was brief, she filled our hearts with a lifetime of love. We will carry her light with us always. Behm Family Funeral Home of Madison is assisting the family. Online Obituary and guestbook at www.behmfuneral.com

Ms. Edmiston, was a bright shining light. She was instrumental in acclimating my granddaughter to 1st grade. She always had a smile and was the epitome of an educator. We are still processing the lost. Thank you for sharing her with us.
Sincerely, The Wilkins Family
