Allen F. Comstock

Allen F. Comstock, 75, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2008 at home. He was born May 20, 1933 in West Chester, PA, to Marie (Kinkead) & Jonathan Comstock and married Myrtle P. Lamont in Maryland on 11/12/1958. He had retired from Tartan Marine He was a U.S. Air Force veteran serving during the Korean Conflict and was a member of American Legion Post 601. He managed Limberlost Motel & Efficiencies in Painesville for 29 years and was a member of the Northcoast Miata Club. He is survived by Companion, Hope Malloy of Madison; 2 Sons, William A. (Elizabeth) Comstock of Chicago, IL and David (Sally) Comstock of Atlanta, GA; 1 Daughter, Francine Comstock of Youngstown; Grandchildren, Daniel, Amanda, Libby, Anna, Leanne & Robert; Great Grandson Sabastian; Sister, Elizabeth (John) Ross of Washington, DC and his Poodle, Ginger. He was preceded in death by his Parents and his wife, Myrtle in 1993. Friends will be received 2-4:00 p.m. and 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 4, 2008 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Rev. Larry Wade will be officiating. Private Family Burial will be at Swan Point Cemetery in Providence, Rhode Island.
