Virginia was fun-loving, spirited, fashionable and outgoing—the undeniable life of the party. Her laughter filled rooms, and her presence made people feel instantly at ease. She had a gift for connecting with others and a heart that seemed to have no limits.

She put her education and compassion to meaningful use throughout a varied and fulfilling career. She served Lake County for several years as a social worker, dedicating herself to helping others during some of their most difficult moments. When her heart called her in a new direction, she transitioned into a career in banking, where she continued to build relationships and support her community.
Above all else, Virginia loved her family, her friends, and her beloved kitties. She had an especially big heart for animals, offering kindness and care whenever she could. Her home—and her life—were always open to those she loved.
