Caroline (Pokrywka) Renau

Caroline (Pokrywka) Renau, age 86 of Mentor, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2025 at Mentor Ridge Skilled Nursing. She was born June 3, 1939 in Cleveland, the daughter of Henry and Stella (Prusacyk) Pokrywka.

Carole retired from Yard Master as an Office Manager. She enjoyed traveling. From trips down to Amish Country to long rides in the car she was always ready to go. She loved bingo, arts and crafts with her friends at Mentor Ridge.

She is survived by her son, Robert (Anne) Renau; daughters, Cathi (Doug) Parr, Maria (Brian) Peresek; grandchildren, Brian, Kristen, Ariel, Nicholas, Kady and Addison; 9 great grandchildren; brother, Richard Pokrywka (Carol), nephew Rich Pokrywka (Mary), niece, Cheryl Pokrywka, great nephews, Richie and Joey Pokrywka and great niece, Abby Pokrywka.
She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends and family will be received from 4:00 to 7:00pm on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison, OH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am on Monday, October 27, 2025 at St. John Vianney Church, 7575 Bellflower Rd., Mentor, OH.
