Grace Sabo, age 84, passed away Friday, May 26, 2023. She was born in Madison, Ohio, May 11, 1939 to Matilda (Bonnema) and Herbert Rogers. She joins her parents, and brother, Henry Rogers, in Heavenly Joy. Grace is survived by her loving children, Brian (Polly) Marsh, Colleen Babic; grand children, John Townsend, Sara Marsh, Shaina (Ryan) Neuman, Samantha (Okey) Starcher, Daniel Marsh, five great grand children; brother, Nathan Rogers, sisters, Ruthie (Chip) McDaniel and Betty (Warren) Gage and sister-in-law, Karen Rogers.

Angel on Earth

Grace grew up on a farm in Madison, Ohio, where she spent most of her days in the sun, working and playing with her brothers and sisters. Grace loved to work around her yard and gardening…she did everything for herself! She loved going to church and spending time with her family. Her name, Grace, was perfect her, because she was everyones “Saving Grace” and safe place—you just felt WARM around her. Sweet and kind, she would do anything for anyone. To know her was to love her. Friends will be received 10am to 11am, Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison Ohio 44057. Funeral service will begin at 11am, celebrated by Pastor Tom Purchase. Final resting place will be Maplegrove Cemetery in Thompson, Ohio. Contributions can be made in Grace’s name to In Touch Ministries, PO Box 7900, Atlanta, Georgia, 30357.
