Alice Yvonne Tell

December 11, 1926 ~ April 26, 2021
In Loving Honor and Memory of our dear loved One, Alice Yvonne Tell, age 94. A Mother, Wife, Daughter, Aunt and Cousin. Best of all she was Grandma. She was known as Grandma Alice for the last 38 years. Born on December 11, 1926 she left this Earth to go to her Heavenly Home on April 26, 2021 when Jesus tapped her shoulder and called her home.
Alice was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Richard Ignatius Tell, in November 2000 and her loving son, Richard Dennis Tell, in February 2017. She is also reunited with her parents, Michael & Madeline Sendak and her brother George Sendak who also have gone before her. We felt certain that George came to help her cross over on that final day when she passed peacefully here at home with Granddaughter Nicole by her side.
She is lovingly survived by her son Michael Tell (Lisa) and wonderful granddaughter Nicole Michelle Bryan (Mikey). Nicole and Mikey were a big part of her happiness here on earth. They loved her so much and she loved them just the same. The three of them took trips to the Zoo, parks, movies, and restaurants. They also would pick up Grandma Alice for day trips to their house to enjoy their dogs and backyard wildlife. She loved the big trees in Ohio.
Alice came to Ohio from Wisconsin in 2017 and resided with her son and daughter in-law, Michael and Lisa, who honored her wish not to go to a nursing home. Michael became her caregiver after his brother’s passing and could not have done it without the support of Lisa, Nicole and Mikey. Thanks to Uncle Richard for the 17 years of care he provided after Dad’s passing.
Alice was a one of a kind woman and made all of us laugh and our days special. She will be missed but definitely earned her place in Heaven. Rest in Heaven Dear Lady.
