Anthony Michael Caranci, age 35 of Geneva, passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the Madison Medical Campus. Born January 22, 1983 in Painesville he was the son of Leroy and Debbie (Thomas) Caranci. Tony was the owner and operator of Top Cat Trucking and a member of the Sons of the American Legion, Post 336 in Painesville. A passion for racing, Tony could often be found at Painesville Speedway Trophy Stock Racing in his #49 car. He also attended the City Church in Geneva. He is survived by his two sons: Anthony Jr. and Jaxson; his parents: Leroy and Debbie Caranci; sister: Ashley (Matthew) Hopkins-Caranci; brother: Lee Caranci; grandmother: Loretta Smith; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins and his companion: Tina Myers. Tony was preceded in death by his grandparents: Leroy and Helen Caranci; grandfather: Clyde Thomas; grandmother: Sue Thomas and uncle: John Caranci. Friends and family will be received from 5:00 to 8:00pm on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street in Madison.
