Born May 30, 1913 in Canonsburgh, Pennsylvania to Katherine (Plutch) & Joseph Link. Married Joseph W. Weishner in Wellsburg, West Virginia on 8/24/1929. Charlotte enjoyed fishing She is survived by her 2 Daughters Alice Koziol of Madison, Ohio & Eilene Lucas of Phoenix, Arizona; 2 Sisters Alice Mousarakis of Atlasburg, PA & Florence Cherok of Washington, PA; 1 Brother William Link of Sebastian, Florida; 6 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Joseph W.
