Mr. George Schulze

George Wood Schulze, 67, of Perry, Ohio, passed away at home on his porch while surrounded by his family. He was born on December 3, 1946 to Walt and June (nee Wood) Schulze. George married Lynne Woodcock on May 30, 1970.
George was raised in Euclid, Ohio, and graduated from St. Joseph's High School in 1964. After attending some college, he chose to enlist in the U. S. Marine Corp (Company "Z", 3rd Battalion, 2nd Infantry) and served his country faithfully in Vietnam. He received many medals and commendations, including M-14 Rifle Sharpshooters Badge, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal. George loved Lake Erie and his home on the shore.
George is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Lynne Schulze; sons Jay and Andrew Schulze; daughter Carrie Jane Lonzo; son and daughters-in-law; seven grandchildren; his faithful Golden Retrievers Bruno and Clare; brother John Schulze; and sister Barbara Boyarsky. He is preceeded in death by his parents.
George has requested no visitation or services be observed; however, his wish is to be remembered with Love, Laughter, and Fond Memories….
