B. Chloris LeBaron Knittel

B. Chloris (Sue) Knittel, age 92, of Madison passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at Geneva Village. She was born October 13, 1922 in Cleveland, the daughter of Florence (nee Caldwell) and Leonard LeBaron. She married Louis Knittel in Cleveland on January 17, 1939. Sue was a member of Central Congregational Church, where she helped with the youth fellowship. She loved following the Cleveland Indians, bowling and working at the Board of Elections. Sue is survived by her daughter, Sandra Banaszek of Geneva-on-the- Lake; sons, William (Carol) Knittel of Bessemer City, NC, Thomas Knittel of Ashtabula; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren, and brother, Lloyd LeBaron of Painesville. She was preceeded in death by her husband of 57 years, Louis; daughter, Dolly Misky; her parents, and 5 brothers. Friends will be received 2-4pm Sunday, December 7, 2014 at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 26 River Street, Madison, OH 44057. A funeral service will be held 10am Monday, December 8, 2014 at the funeral home. Final resting place will be North Madison Cemetery in Madison. The family suggests contributions be made to Central Congregational Church, 71, Park Street, Madison, Ohio.
