Johnson Age 86 Resident of Perry Passed away Monday, January 5, 2009 Lake East Hospital in Painesville Born May 10, 1922 in Painesville, Ohio to Bernice (Kellogg) & Perry George Holstead Married Victor D Johnson on August 14, 1950 Occupation: Licensed Practical Nurse at Painesville Hospital and N.E.O. retiring in 1984 Memberships and Affiliations: Member of Perry Christian Church, Perry Senior Citizens and a former member of the Painesville Women?s Chorus. She volunteered for Hope Chest, Meals on Wheels and The Perry Center. She is survived by Husband: Victor D Johnson of Perry 2 Sons Bruce D. (Debra) Johnson of Tucson, AZ Larry K. Johnson of Liberty Hill, TX 1 Daughter Vicki J. (Terry) Wakelee of Perry, OH 4 Grandchildren Steve, Mathew, Jessica & Alison 2 Great Grandchildren Hannah & Luke 1 Sister Erma MacIntyre of Tampa, FL She was preceded in death by her parents; her twin sister, Ella Beckwith and sister, Marguerite Clark Memorial Service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 18, 2009, at Perry Christian Church, 3566 Center St., Perry, Ohio. Final Resting Place will be at Perry Cemetery in Perry. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Perry Christian Church Building Fund, P. O.
