Cecil Warring Henry

Cecil Warring Henry, 93, of Harpersfield Township passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2008 Rae-Ann Geneva in Geneva.
He was born August 26, 1915 in Harpersfield to Charlotte V (Warring) & Amos Henry and married Mildred Dennis in Austinburg on 9/18/1946
He was a dairy & grape farmer, drove school bus for 20 years and was a Township Trustee for Harpersfield for 20 years..
1934 Graduate of Geneva High School. Served as a Merchant Marine in the Pacific Theatre during World War II. Member and Chaplain of the American Merchant Marines of Ashtabula. Was a member of the Geneva First United Methodist Church and Austinburg Grange. He also was a charter member of the Harpersfield Ruritans and a charter member of the Harpersfield Volunteer Fire Department. He loved camping and traveling with his wife to all the lower 48 states.
He is survived by Wife, Mildred Henry of Harpersfield Twp.; 3 Sons, Delno (Jeanne) Henry , Clifford (Lynda) Henry and Everett (Julie) Henry, all of Harpersfield Twp.; 7 Grandchildren, Brian, Frank, Joe, Gregory, Jon, David and Rachel; 7 Great-Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 Brothers, Clifford Henry and Harold Burgett
Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 Friday, October 24, 2008 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva, Ohio.
Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm Saturday, October 25, 2008 at The Behm Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 175 South Broadway, Geneva, Ohio.
Rev. David Hill of First United Methodist Church, Geneva, will be officiating.
Final Resting Place will be at Harpersfield Cemetery in Harpersfield Twp.
