Jerry W. Burns, Age 64, of Perry, Ohio, formerly of Dallas, Texas, Passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at home. Born July 30, 1948 in Madison, WV, to Marie (Jarrell) & Harold Burns; married Gretchen Vogel in Madison on 2/1/1969 Jerry worked for Diamond Shamrock/Occidental Chemical as a CPA for 43 years 1966 Graduate of Madison High School, received his BA from Lake Erie College and MBA from Amber University. He served in the U.S. Army as a medic in Germany during the Vietnam War. Jerry enjoyed gardening, golfing and traveling.
