Nicholas W. Kohut, Age 71, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2012 at home. Born April 23, 1941 in Monessen, PA to Elizabeth (Kurtak) & Nicholas Kohut; he married Madeline R. (Kehr) Waller He served in the United States Marine Corps and was a member of the VFW in Madison. He was a Steelers and Nascar fan. He is survived by SonNicholas C. (Marites Salvador) Kohut of Cleveland GranddaughtersAlina, Abigail & Jenna Brother Ron (Kathy) Kohut of Tampa, FL He was preceded in death by his Wife, Madeline; Parents; Sister, Elsie Friends will be received 6-8 PM, Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 13, 2012, at the funeral home. Final Resting Place will be at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chesterland.
