Margaret J. Schultz

Margaret J. Schultz, age 94, of Perry, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2015 at Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing Home in Madison. She was born on February 21, 1921 in Cleveland, Ohio to Ruth (Tuckey) & Earl Gorrell. Margaret married Bob Schultz on May 1, 1945. She was a manager at Petrie's Clothing Store at the Great Lake Mall in Mentor. Margaret was also a talented seamstress and quilter. She belonged to the Perry Senior Center and was a member of both Perry First Baptist and Painesville United Methodist Churches. Her passions were bird watching and working on crafts. Margaret is survived by her daughter, Sharon (Neil) Flanigan of Perry; son, Kenneth (Carla) Schultz of Brenham, Texas; Grandchildren, Tim Flanigan, Kimberly Brewster, Dylan Schultz, Stephan Schultz, Mollie Schultz, and 25 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert Robert Schultz; son, Robert "Bob" Schultz; parents; 2 sisters, Ruth Hach and Mary Burt. Family graveside services will be held at a later date.
