Thomas E. Cigany, age 61, of Orwell passed away July 11, 2015 at home. He was born January 4, 1954 in Cleveland, the son of Helen (nee Petrich) and Thomas H. Cignay. Thomas is survived by his father; step-mother, Beverly and sister, Doris Ruediger. Private family services will be observed.
