Paul Jonathan “PJ” Kowalski, age 31 passed away unexpectedly on August 7, 2026. He was born December 5, 1994 in Cieszyn, Poland.

Paul was preceded in death by his loving parents Paul and Loretta Kowalski. PJ leaves behind his wife Morgan (Lilja) Kowalski; son, Ben Kowalski; brother, Sebby Kowalski; in-laws, Mike and Dawn Lilja; brothers in law, Mason and Matt; uncle, Pete (Marsha) Kowalski and his aunt, Diane (Bill). He loved his family and friends and valued the relationships he built throughout his life.

Paul was a great athelete. He enjoyed weight and strength training. He played football for Perry High School as well as being on the Wrestling Team. Paul had a love for sports and enjoyed watching and talking about his favorite teams. He received his degree in Corrosion Engineering from University of Akron and worked for INEOS Pigments in Ashtabula. He was also a member of Willoughby Bible Church. He loved spending time sailing with his father. He enjoyed playing piano and guitar.

May Paul rest peacefully and may his memory continue to bring comfort to all who loved him. Memory Eternal!

I did have the honor of hearing his story and how he was extremely excited for his new job. He spoke very highly of his family and was well liked the short time we worked together I thought he had a bright future here and he will be truly missed.
