Johnnie Carol Meier, age 84 of Madison, passed away Monday, June 2, 2026 at her home. She was born May 1, 1942 in Bone Cave, TN, the daughter of Verna M. (McCoy) and John B. White. She married Jerry Meier June 14, 1972 in Willoughby.

Carol worked as an OEM Operator for Perfection Corporation in Madison. She was a gentle, sweet, loving wife and mother who loved to spend time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry; daughter, Renee (Dwayne LaRusch) Meier; son, Robert (Richele) Parcell; grandchildren, Heather Shire, Eilee Rose Parcell, Terry Lister, Zane, Luke, and Rose Meier; great grandchildren, Charlotte and Senora Parcell. She was preceded in death by her sons, Gary and John Parcell; her parents; sister, Louise Patrick and Faye Carder; brothers, Rev. Arlynn White and Larry White.

  4. My aunt was the most amazing woman besides my sweet mom (her sister Louise) that I ever met. She had a lot of love and kindness for all her nieces and nephews but I always had a special place in my heart for her. Life was not kind to her for a time but that all changed when my Uncle Jerry came into her life. What a blessing he is to us all and especially to my sweet aunt. I will truly miss her! Much love to Uncle Jerry, Bobby, Renee and the rest of the family.
