Richard "Dick" Bidlack

Richard “Dick” Bidlack, age 90, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2026 in Walnut Creek, Ohio. Born in Geneva, Ohio to Edna and Carl Bidlack, Dick was a longtime resident of Lake County before retiring to Holmes County, Ohio.

He graduated from Madison High School and was an active member and later a scoutmaster in the Boy Scouts of America. He was a longtime employee of Zito Insurance in Painesville, Ohio and retired from a career in real estate and insurance sales.

He married Patricia “Pat” on September 25, 1957. They celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary in 2022, before she predeceased him in January 2023.

Dick is survived by sons Michael (Karen) Bidlack of Fairport Harbor, Ohio and David Bidlack of Albany, Ohio; and daughter Beth Bidlack (Linda) of Sunderland, Massachusetts.

Interment will be private at Fairview Memorial Park in Madison. Per Dick’s wishes, there will not be any visitation or services.
