Tiffany Kathleen McGrain, age 54, of Madison, Ohio, who passed away peacefully on January 22, 2026, surrounded by her loving husband, Mother, Father, and four daughters after a courageous two-year battle with cancer.

Born on October 11, 1971, in Medina, Ohio, Tiffany lived a life filled with compassion and love. She believed deeply in rescuing and adopting animals, transforming her home into a haven for countless furry friends. Her love for nature shone brightly whether she was on the water, exploring the outdoors, or simply enjoying the beauty of the world around her.

Tiffany is survived by her loving husband, Steve McGrain; her parents, William and Mireille Lambert; and her cherished daughters, Amber, Anna, Andrya, and Abbey. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, DJ, Naomi, Grayson, and Ellie; and her brothers, David and Fred. Each of them carries forward her love, warmth, and gentle heart.

In Tiffany’s memory, donations may be made to the Lake County Humane Society, honoring her lifelong passion for animal rescue and care.

You are a special one. I’m glad you and Steve found each other so I could experience the beautiful person you are.

  6. We only met a few times but the impact you had on the “fishin buddy family” was truly felt. I know you’re up there with the guys who left us too soon before you catchin those walleye. Give my dad the biggest bear hug for me please. Steve, the biggest hugs and condolences to you and the rest of the family my heart goes out to you

  8. Tiffany was such a bright light in Steve’s life. We are extremely blessed to have seen their love for each other change their lives. She left this physical life knowing how loved she was. And Steve, as well as the rest of her family, will continue knowing that she loved them all with her whole heart. Our love and condolences to the entire family.
