My deepest sympathy for your loss. I worked with Tom and appreciated his quirky humor. He was always eager to help. We worked closely the last couple years both learning new areas of coding as we were challenged with change. I am glad he is at peace now. My prayers for your family.

Tom will be greatly missed by his work family at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. He spent many years working as a professional coder. We were fortunate enough to join St. Joseph in 2020 and got to know Tom over the past 3 years. We quickly learned that Tom was diligent, committed, and caring. When Tom was first diagnosed his entire department jumped into action to help in any way they could. Though the prayers for healing weren't answered how we wished, we are thankful for the opportunity to know Tom and for the positive impact he had on those around him. Our hearts and prayers go out to his family and friends during this time of mourning. Tom will be fondly remembered and surely missed.
