Barbara Lee Irwin, age 79, of Madison, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2023. She was born on December 28, 1943, to Albert Louis and Majorie Elizabeth (Regenauer) Giffin in Cleveland. On August 31, 1963, she married the love of her life, Charles “Chuck” Irwin in Cleveland, and together they raised three children, Michael, James, and Elizabeth.

Bobbie worked as the Assistant Manager at Kmart in Madison. She was an active member of the Immaculate Conception Church community. She enjoyed a good glass of wine, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Bobbie is survived by her sons, Michael (Gabriella) and James (Heather), and her daughter, Elizabeth (Lyle) Seiter; and grandchildren, Megan (Darrel), Brooke, Katie, and Breanna; as well as her great-grandchildren, Landon, Addison, Kaylee, Cameron, Summer, and Kinley, and her brother, Kenneth (Debbie) Giffin along with many nieces and nephews. She also loved her Grandpups Buck, Sophie, Beauregard, Willow, and Juno.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Irwin; her parents; brothers, Thomas, Daniel, William, and Buddy Giffin; and sisters, Jacquelyn Novel and Mary Giffin.

Memorial Mass will be 11 am Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Immaculate Conception Church, Hubbard Road in Madison with a graveside service immediately following at North Madison Cemetery.
